We are proud to announce that the Cilex team now has two more members! Jérémy Savage, community manager, and Marie-Ève Riou, project lead, will now be bringing their expertise to the region’s innovative projects.
Marie-Ève holds a doctorate in exercise physiology, and is an entrepreneur herself. She runs Défi Entreprise Gatineau/Ottawa, which aims to promote a healthy lifestyle in local businesses. Furthermore, her experience in health and safety has helped her become familiar with the workings of government ministries, risk prevention and performance indicators. Thanks to her diversified knowledge from these key sectors, Marie-Ève will be able to build a bridge between the academic and entrepreneurial worlds.
A graduate of Université du Québec in business management, Jérémy is no stranger to challenges. He has taken part in the Jeux du Commerce and the Happening Marketing of the RÉFAEC, in addition to having been the academic vice-president of UQO’s competition committee. Jérémy will be leading Cilex’s communications team equipped with his extensive networking and teamwork expertise, along with outstanding leadership skills.
With this new expertise, Cilex is now better equipped than ever to support businesses and foster entrepreneurship and innovation in the region.
